The majority of Americans believe their country is headed in the wrong direction.
A newly released opinion poll shows that the majority of American citizens believe that their country is headed in the wrong direction with little economic prospect.
According to a joint survey by the Wall Street Journal and NBC News, released on Monday, 74% of the respondents said that the US was "off on the wrong track,'' while only 17% believed the country was headed in the right direction.
